Peter Grueterich, President and Founder
 
For twenty years, Peter has held senior executive positions with multinational companies overseeing such functions as brand building, sales, finance, information systems, logistics, communications and human resources. His experience has spanned Europe and North America and a range of industries including luxury goods, retailing and IT.

After a career in Management Consulting with PriceWaterhouseCoppers, a significant portion of his background was as President and CEO of Bruno Magli, a leader in luxury leather goods. Peter built the Bruno Magli brand in North America including an aggressive wholesale division and 11 luxury boutiques in the most sought after US locations over a 15-year term. After significant growth, Peter sold the company to a private equity firm in 2002. In 2004, Peter founded the Peter Marcus Group, a luxury goods management consulting firm for brand building and corporate restructuring. 

Peter is a member of the Retailing and Luxury Goods Association of Columbia University where he earned his MBA.

Gladys Cutler

Gladys is an expert in luxury goods sales and marketing. Her experience spans many years of management in marketing and sales with major luxury brands such as Bruno Magli, Stuart Weitzman, Bally, Oscar de la Renta, Richard Tyler, Isaac Mizrahi as well as launching new designers such as Alejandro Ingelmo and Mary Norton.
She has a long history with both the US market as well as Europe, Mideast and East Asia. Gladys works very closely with major retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, Jeffrey, Zappos.com, Shop Bop, Hirshleifers, Kitson, Intermix, Harvey Nichols, Podium, Vakko, Browns, Isetan, Beyman, Lane Crawford and others.
